i just read where you state that the plans are state controlled, How do you plan to deal with places like California who are to busy handing out HC benefits to illegal aliens that is breaking their state funding for other needed projects, Over spending for every little perk like mass transit that goes unused is costing the tax payer as will HC for all. California will end up looking much like Valenzuela before they are through, Socialists systems eventually collapse all economies. People will not spend unless they are forced to.
